The commitment for a typed line

Evria is an Android companion on Google Play. The holder types a line and sends that line over HTTPS so a cloud model can answer. Spoken audio is not part of that send. Stills chosen on the phone are not part of that send. The holder can send one line or several, and each send is a separate request. What follows names the publisher, the send, the sensors, and the mailbox.

Hefei Rongshan and the notice date

Hefei Rongshan Technology Service Co., Ltd. publishes Evria. Letters about this notice go to help@rongshantechservice.com. The published street is Room 2403, Building 16, Wenyi Mingmen Oasis, Yanqiao Road, Taohua Town, Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province. Hefei Rongshan Technology Service Co., Ltd. set this notice's effective date as 2026-09-05. Typing a line to the model uses no sign-in on this handset. Evria is distributed on Google Play as an Android package. A remote identity portal is not part of the package. Replies from the model are not a subscription on this copy.

What a send contains

A generative AI provider receives user prompts, meaning the typed line, to return model replies. Other user-generated content in that form is collected and shared when the holder chooses to send. Sending a line is optional. Evria still opens if the holder never sends one. Photos and videos stay out of collection and out of sharing. Speech captured after a Microphone tap is neither collected nor shared. Working caches that redraw a screen are not collected and are not shared. Evria does not post the reply on a public board. What the Play console lists for Evria matches this notice on types, reasons, sharing, and whether each step is required or left to the holder. A holder can prepare several drafts, send only the line they want answered, and read the reply when it returns. Unsent drafts never become part of that request.

Camera if the holder wants a still

Refusing Camera means the lens produces nothing new. The system photo picker can still attach a picture that is already saved, and that picture is kept in local storage. Camera opens only after a tap on the lens control. Camera is not in the background. The package does not read an advertising identifier. Switching Camera off under Android Settings stops further lens stills. Typed lines remain available. Video and location are not functions of Evria.

Microphone if the holder wants speech

If Microphone is refused, Evria does not record speech. A typed line does not need Microphone. The recorder starts only after a tap. Microphone is not in the background. Speech is not uploaded with a typed line. The holder can speak a reminder to themselves and keep that audio on the phone while the typed line is the only text that leaves. A reply comes back as text. Evria does not turn the spoken reminder into the prompt. Android Settings can end Microphone capture when the holder switches that permission off. The typed conversation can continue. A holder might draft three short lines before sending one, delete the others on the phone, and keep the spoken reminder as a private cue for the next session. None of those unsent drafts are a message to another person. Evria has no inbox for other users. The holder might ask the model to rephrase a sentence they typed, then keep or discard the reply on the phone. The spoken cue, if any, never becomes the text of that request. A session can be a single line or a short run of lines the holder typed one after another. Evria does not store a contact list and does not show one holder's lines to another holder. The companion is a private exchange between the holder and the model. The holder chooses the wording, checks the reply, and decides whether to keep that reply on the phone. Nothing in the reply is posted, ranked, or offered as advice from Hefei Rongshan Technology Service Co., Ltd. about health, law, or money. If the reply is wrong, the holder can type another line. That new line is a fresh request, not an edit of a remote history the company keeps. The company does not read every line as it is typed; it receives the line only when the holder sends it. Between sessions the holder can leave the package closed. Nothing in a closed package starts a new model request. A holder who wants a quieter reply can type a shorter line. The model answers that line and does not pull stills or speech into the request. The holder can ignore a reply they do not want and type again later.

A typed line is processed so the model can return the reply the holder asked for. Mailbox mail is processed so staff can answer a letter and keep a short record that the request was handled. Page logs are processed so the hosted text the holder opened can be delivered. Those are the purposes of use for this notice, and no further purpose is pursued.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) covers someone in the EEA, the grounds in this section frame a typed send and mailbox mail. Performance of a contract covers returning the model reply the holder asked for. Legitimate interests support reading a complaint when the holder wants a reply. Legal obligation covers answers a statute requires. That duty is separate from an optional send. An optional send of a typed line may be supported by consent. A letter to the mailbox withdraws that consent before any further optional send. Separately, the holder may lodge a complaint about a typed send or a mailbox letter. Home, work, and the site of the issue each have a supervisory authority that can receive it. A typed line may be processed on the vendor's infrastructure outside the country of the phone. The other outbound connection is a legal-page request.

Data Protection Officer for Evria mail

Evria has no separately named Data Protection Officer. Correspondence that would have gone to a DPO is answered at help@rongshantechservice.com.

Who receives a typed line, and who serves a page

Evria discloses personal data in two scenes. First, the generative AI provider receives user prompts to return model replies. When a legal page opens, a hosting provider records HTTPS server logs in order to return hosted legal pages. The terms text is a different fetch. The children's page is a different fetch. A still and a spoken remark are not in the model request. They are not in the page request either.

Retention of a typed send and of mailbox mail

A typed line that left the phone is held for the vendor's service cycle, which is the time needed to produce the reply and to clear short-lived processing copies. Evria does not keep a remote archive of past lines. A letter to help@rongshantechservice.com is kept while the reply is prepared, which is usually inside fifteen business days, and afterwards only if a short follow-up note is still useful. Local stills, speech, and caches are removed when the holder deletes the package or wipes Android storage. Those local copies are the holder's to clear. No hosted profile exists to close. The operator answers mail through that mailbox.

Safeguards on the send and on the mailbox

A typed line goes over HTTPS to the vendor named above. Staff who read privacy mail are limited to people who answer those letters. Evria does not claim the network path is safe from every intrusion. If the mailbox thread looks wrong, write help@rongshantechservice.com and give the rough date of the letter.

Access, a correction, erasure, and a copy

The holder can ask which personal data reached the controller. For Evria that is a typed line that was sent, plus mailbox mail, not a still that never left the phone.

Ask for rectification if personal information in the mailbox file is inaccurate or incomplete. Use help@rongshantechservice.com.

The holder can also ask that received material be erased, or ask for a copy in an ordinary file. A specific letter should be answered inside fifteen business days. Deleting the package drops local files from the handset. A file that never left the handset is outside the operator's reach.

Regional mail, adults, and a successor text

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, a California resident can ask the controller to confirm whether information about them was collected or was shared, using help@rongshantechservice.com. Evria does not sell personal information. Typed lines are not fed into cross-context behavioural advertising. The same mailbox receives an opt-out of selling. That note can be called a do-not-sell request. Evria does not sell personal information, because a typed line asks for a reply rather than offering the holder as a buyer.

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act covers a person in Virginia. Because Evria only returns a typed reply, targeted advertising is off, a sale is not operated, and profiling is unused. A Virginia reader may refuse a sale in a letter to help@rongshantechservice.com.

Only an adult, 18 and also eighteen, may use Evria. A minor must not open Evria. Evria was not designed for children. The reader the screens expect is an adult. Store copy is not marketed to children. Companion screens are not aimed at children. Evria includes no child-focused features. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone younger than eighteen, because the companion is written for an adult. Evria does not gather a child's sensitive identifiers. Child biometric data is unused in a typed exchange. A parent or guardian who needs to act on a child's typed line or mailbox letter the controller received may email help@rongshantechservice.com seeking access, seeking deletion, and asking that processing stop.

A successor text, once shown in the package, governs use after that showing.
